We’ll get the festivities started at 6 PM with a cocktail reception sponsored by Countrywide and then, around 7 PM, we’ll invite all our guests to a sumptuous buffet. The menu includes many favorites like mixed greens salad, marinated hearts of palm, ceviche, Jamaican jerked chicken, grilled mahi mahi, roasted pork loin, and, of course, dessert.

Mike Byrne, Emphasys’ CEO, began today’s opening session by welcoming attendees to Miami Beach and the 2008 HFA User Conference. He went on to thank everyone for the great conference turnout in spite of the challenging financial times and budget constraints. Before handing over the microphone to HFA General Manager George Rodriguez, Mr. Byrne remarked that the attendance count was a positive reflection of the value clients derive from attending our conferences and of our strong partnerships with them.
